Abrams‐Raphael Warnock: Follow the Money
Ma Dukes Southern Cookin ‐ 1530 Rocky Creek Rd Macon, GA 31206
Company: Ma Dukes Southern Cookin LLC ‐ A Georgia registered LLC
Owner: Teresa Cohen
On or around Jan 1, 2021, Mrs. Cohen spoke of and displayed a check that she said she received from
Stacy Abrams. “James” was the person to whom the check was shown. James’ relationship with Ms.
Cohen is as a fill in cook and all‐around helper when Ms. Cohen needs assistance.
Ms. Cohen stated that she also received a $10,000 direct deposit in addition to the $44,000 check; a
total of $54,000 to supposedly provide meals in conjunction with Senatorial Run Off Candidate Raphael
Warnock’s campaign stop in Macon, GA. It is unclear if the additional $10,000 was gratuity
renumeration for something else.
James found this curious for a number of reasons as listed below:
Based on per plate pricing taken from Ma Dukes published menu prices (Average Entrée Price
$10.00) accounting for large beverages ($2.25) and dessert for all (avg $3.35); total per person
charge of $15.58. If there were no other charges or surcharges assessed, Ma Duke’s would have
to feed 2,824 people to justify that cost.
If the fee was based off feeding just 700 people (a figure that may have been mentioned by
James) that would equate to a per plate charge of $62.85.
Furthermore, James WAS NOT asked to help out with this gargantuan undertaking for this small
restaurant with a tiny kitchen.
It is unknown where these meals were supposedly served
It is unknown specifically who was being served these meals
What is known, is these numbers don’t make any sense what’s so ever
Why was Ms. Cohen paid in total $54,000?
Something is rotten in Bibb County and it involves Stacy Abrams, Raphael Warnock and Teresa Cohen.

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) – Four days away from the Jan. 5 runoff election,
60°
candidates are hitting the campaign trail harder than ever.
Senate candidate Rev. Raphael Warnock kicked off his nal days of campaigning by
hitting three West Georgia towns. He started his day in LaGrange, then moved to
Columbus before ending with a last stop in Macon.
Despite torrential downpours, his supporters showed up, masks on, umbrellas and
cellphones out ready to rally around Warnock and his nal campaign efforts.
Candidate Warnock emphasized how crucial the next four days are for Georgia. He
told cheering and honking supporters that even if they’ve already voted, their work
is not even close to over.
Reverend Warnock urged supporters to get everyone around them, everyone they
know to head to the polls on Jan. 5.
“It’s hard to overstate the importance of this election uhh we need folks to show up
not for me as much as for themselves,” Warnock said. “If we don’t win these two
seats we’re going to see gridlock, obstruction and dysfunction at a time when we
can least afford it.”
Warnock’s visits to LaGrange, Columbus, and Macon were the rst three of eight
planned drive-in rallies the candidate will hold leading up to the nal runoff vote.
