Greetings of Peace and Wellness!

We are writing this letter on behalf of the organizers of ‘The Search for Wellness
Ambassadors.’ The Search for Wellness Ambassadors is an exposition and competition
which aims to promote holistic wellness among young people to form a support group
that will help or assist health enthusiast of all ages. The search will call on enthusiast
who are into total wellness advocacies which address the mind, body and spirit en route
to complete healing and transformation.

The group expects about 200 participants or entrants and when we call for an event, the
turn up is always good with an audience not less than 500 in attendance. Because of this
large turnout, the officials of this organization would like to engage your goodwill to
allow us to hold the event in your social hall, the best venue for
holding this event. Among the people who we are intending to invite are heads of the
neighboring local government units and some national celebrities and personalities.

By allowing this competition to take place, you will also be playing a good role in helping
this community. Your response and permission towards this event is very important for
the organizers and would-be participants as this is what the officials of this group are
waiting for to go ahead with the rest of the plans which includes the fixing of the date for
the event.
