LETTER OF EMPLOYMENT: SOFTWARE ENGINEER

We are pleased to offer you employment as a Freelance Software Engineer with Asiatel (S) Pte. Ltd.,
Singapore on a full-time basis.

On appointment, your salary will be BDT 65,000 per month and your working hours are Monday to
Friday from 9am to 6 pm and as and when required to work on projects after the normal working
hours as well as on weekends.

Kindly note that due to the international travel restrictions posed by COVID 19, this appointment is
an interim arrangement until the travel restrictions are lifted and we shall proceed with company
incorporation in Bangladesh. Thereafter, your employment will be with the company incorporated in
Bangladesh.
