position of Asst. Store Incharge at Bata Shoe Company.

Outlined below are the compensation and benefits details as well as the
terms pertaining to this job offer. Please read carefully. Upon accepting,
you are requested to sign and return no later than of 15th July, 2023

1) Offer validity: this offer is valid until 15th of July, 2023.

2) Contract Duration: contract duration is one year.

3) Contract Renewal: If you can fulfil the entire requirement as per
company policy then the contract will automatically be renewed with a
pay rise.
4) Starting date: your starting date will be 20th July 2023

5) Position: your job title is Asst. Store Incharge. You will work as part
of the Quality control department and will report to Asst QC Manager
Ms.Nurun Nahar The exact roles and responsibilities of this position are
detailed in the job description document.
6) Location: Tongi Gazipur.
7) Probation Period: there will a six months’ probation period. A
performance review will be conducted at the end of this period and will be
the basis of the permanent appointment process.
8) Appointment: your final and permanent appointment is subject to your
performance review and pre-employment checks as per labor law and
regulations.
9) Salary: your starting salary will be BDT 15,000 per month.

10) Salary Review: your salary be will reviewed at the end of each Performance
review, which itself takes place every one year.
11) Annual Leave: you will be entitled to 32 paid leave days per year.

12) Sick Leave: you will be entitled to 12 sick leave days per year. A certified
medical report may be required in some cases.
13) Other Leaves: N/A
14) Working hours: you will be working for 9 hours per day from 8
am to 5pm for 6 days per week, from Saturday to Thursday. Your total weekly
working hours should not be less than 48 hours.
15) Overtime: you will be paid for excess hours at the rate of 1,250 per day.
Depending on the nature of your work, your manager’s post or pre-approval
may be required.
