Pointers for the conduct of HEARING VIA VIDEOCONFERENCING:

1. There is always a systematic way of filing pleadings online (e-filing). (requirements PDF, e-
bundle, MB required for each documents to be submitted online).

2. Service of order/decisions/processes online. Proof of receipt shall also be recorded and

attached to the records of the case. Hard copy of such order/decision/processes shall always be
attached to the records of the case.

3. Provision on the service of pleadings/motions/request to the adverse party through electronic

means is allowed provided other party consents thereto.

4. Certification that the documents/evidence submitted is the faithful reproduction of the

original.

5. Electronic notice of hearing which include the link to access the hearing.

6. Sanctions/effect on failure to appear during the hearing via videoconference.

7. Back- up arrangement in case of technical problems in order for the hearing via
videoconferencing will proceed as scheduled.

8. Utilization of shared virtual document provided parties exert best efforts to ensure security of
documents.

9. Records of the proceedings through the stenographer/designated staff by means of

audio/audio visual recording equipment and safekeeping of copies of recordings.
