It is a distinct honour and privilege to be at this important International Conference on Protection

of the Rights of Migrant Workers organized under the auspices of National Human Rights
Commission.

I would like to express my gratitude to the organizer for inviting me to share my thoughts at this
important occasion.

At the outset, let me thank the United Nations Association of Nepal for hosting
this seminar and inviting me to speak on this important theme.
