Boroscope

Uses – are used for visual inspection work where the target area is inaccessible by other means, or
where accessibility may require, time consuming and expensive dismounting activities.
Pre-Inspection Notes
Make sure that an approved technician should verify that no live connection is present.
The Machine should be turned off when inspection is on process.
The technician should know all the working part of the machine.
The technician should have the blue print / schematic diagram of the machine to be inspected.
The technician should have the appropriate data/manual.
Check the temperature of the machine. (If the temperature of the machine is above the
operating temperature of the boroscope, wait for the machine to cooldown.)
