○ Shutter speed equals double the frames per second.
■ Recording at 24 frames per second equals 50 for the shutter speed
■ Recording at 30 frames per second equals 60 for the shutter speed
■ Set this first and then go to lighting.
○ Recording at full HD 1080 at 24 frames per second.
○ Lower ISO is better, but it depends on your lighting circumstances.
○ Frame up your shot as much as you can. Which means get everything in the
video that you want to see when you record.
○ When you zoom in or zoom out with your lens on your camera sometimes the
aperture or f-stop changes automatically depending on your zoom. This means
the hole that is letting your light in gets smaller or bigger. Changing how bright
you will have to make your ISO, or changing the lighting itself in the room.
○ With your frame rate chosen and your shutter speed twice your frame rate, Look
at how the lighting looks. Set your ISO from 100 to 400 to 800 or even higher.
The higher you're ISO, the more sensitive your camera is too light and can
eventually get noise in the video. Go between your ISO and the lighting
brightness in your room to choose a look that looks good for you.
○ How to make your background blurry, choose the smallest number for your
aperture. This allows the most light to come into your camera. Set the object or
person as close as you can to the camera, let the background be as far as away
from the object or person. Set ISO and room lighting accordingly.
