There is marked leucocytosis with presence of 78% blasts, Blasts are intermediate in sized cells having
moderate to high N/C ratio, large nucleus, fine chromatin, prominent nucleoli and moderate amount of
cytoplasm.
Platelets are reduced.
Imp: Picture is suggestive of Acute Leukemia.
Advised:
Immunophenotyping by Flowcytometry.
Urgent review with Fresh EDTA sample with clinical details.
