Subiect : Timely Completion of APAR for assessment year 2019-2020 - Reg.

T'he undersigned is directed to refer to this Directorate's O.M.

No. 6/li20l9-EC.lV(MC) dated 25.02.2020 vide which the details, as per the rcquisitc
pro-forma. were sought I'rom the of'ficials concerned tbr generation of online form of APAR tbr
assessment year 2019-20 and to say that some olficials of CSS/CSCS/CSSS cadre working in
CPWD have not submitted the duly filled pro forma so far. A reminder was also sent to thc
concerned officers vide O.M. oieven no. dated 05.05.2020.

2. llence. all thc concerned Officials are once again requested to submit the pro
forma attached as per Annexurc II. through mail: qlqk.sglgrvgn lrllAgov:il beforc
25.01.202l' .'l'he APAR once gencrated. the Olllcial rvill be able to flll thc Self- Appraisal and
l-unher send to reporting olllcer. lt is further requcsted to adhere to lhe limelines prescribed by
DoP&'l-.

3. Further, it has been observed that APAR in respect of many otficials is pending at
different levels (i.e. at level of officer itself. at level of his/her reporting officer or at the levcl ol'
reviewing officer, il any). All thc concerned olficers are requested to take cognizance of wherc
their APARs are pending and to take neccssary action in this regard.
