 OBSERVATIONS:
1) As per drawing all the maintenance access shall be provided from inside room,
but the same is not done.
2) Exhaust Filter, Differential pressure gauges, Maintenance Panel etc. shall be
provided on one side. This is to avoid cross contamination from Containment
area to non-containment.
3) A Port shall be provided on the door for pressure leakage test.
CONSLUSION:
The Pass box is not ready. The fabrication is incomplete. Party has to re-work on the
fabrication of pass box for providing maintenance accesses from inside the room and a
port shall be provided for leakage testing of the Pass Box.
