1. The applicant (citizen or business) login to the CRM portal with his credentials.
2. In the navigation menu, select the service.
3. The applicant chooses how will use the service (Electronic/ Distribution System/ On paper)
4. The applicant goes to e-certificate system and create new application.
5. Select the relevant information from the list of available information and fill in the required
data.
This document aims to present as-is service analysis, which defines the current state of the service
business process, exactly how the service works today, list of service roles, steps, etc.
The status report will serve as an input for the Business Process Reengineering Report, to
find out any gaps or issues with the current mode of operation and which components could
be improved.
This document will be delivered for approval to MISA and Institution working group.
