What is Supply Disconnection?
‘Supply Disconnection is a basic service provided by KAHRAMAA, to stop electricity and water supplies and to disconnect
‘customers from KAHRAMAA grid legally. Easy steps required to get disconnected,
Steps to Complete The Supply Disconnection Procedures:
1- Get the Electricity Number.
2- Get the Electricity/Water Service Application from KAHRAMAA website: www.km.com.qa or from the nearest Customer
Services Center (Except City Center).
3- Fill in the Form, attach the required documents (as indicated below), and submit all together at the nearest Customer
Services Center (Except City Center) before 48 hours, at least, of the required date.
4- customer will be requested to pay the outstanding balance.
5- Upon receiving payment, customer will be disconnected from the KAHRAMAA electricity and water grids.
N.B. Customers are advised to keep the Clearance Certificate as a proof of Supply Disconnection.
Requirements:
1- Forms: complete the Electricity/Water Service Application Form.
2- Attachments:
For Residential For Commercial/Industry
a. Copy of commercial registration (Est. 1D)

cc. Authorization letter (In case the tenant/owner is not sealed by official stamp.
