Topic: Human Rights Violations and Questions of Privacy in China

The Security Council,

Reminding the success of the State Department’s counter-terrorism efforts to


eradicate 1/3 ‘one-third’ of the Al-Qaeda forces present,

Recognizing China’s efforts to advance bilateral talks between SCO and


Afghanistan,

Reaffirming Turkistan Islamic Party to be identified as a Terrorist Organization


under Executive Order 12334 of the United States of America,

1. Urges the People’s Republic of China to comply with the goals of the Non-
Governmental Organizations as well as the International Body of the United
Nations;

2. Requests that Russia Federation to help empower United Nation’s independence


in terms of investigation in Xia-Jiang;

3. Calls the People’s Republic of China to join hands with the United States of
America to eradicate the separatist groups present in Xia-Jiang borders

4. Stresses the need for opposition against terrorism forces present in China;

5. Calls for the allowance of UN Rapporteur in Xia-Jiang to investigate in


appropriate times;

6. Stresses upon the need of compliance of International Standards that safeguard


public freedoms and effective access to Justice in Xia-Jiang; and

7. Emphasizes on the need of a political environment conductive to civil-society


work and includes possibilities for participation by civil-society in China.
