Detailed Tender Notice

Sealed tenders are invited from experienced consultants for preparation of Detailed Project
Report for following work by the Chief Engineer, MMRDA. The blank tender forms shall be issued
by the Executive Engineer, MMRDA, Mumbai from 02/09/2013 to 18/09/2013 between 11.00 Hrs to
16.00 Hrs. on payment of Rs.10,000/- (non refundable) in the form of pay order / Demand Draft
drawn on Nationalized / Scheduled Bank in favor of “MMRD Fund” payable at Mumbai. Sealed
tender forms will be received by Chief Engineer, MMRDA on 20/09/2013 up to 13.00 hrs. and will
be opened on the same day, if possible.

Eligibility Criteria:
a. The firm shall have carried out at least one similar kind of work costing Rs.50.00 Cr. or more in
last 5 financial years.
b. The firm shall have experience of carrying out Geological study, traffic study, preparing details of
encroachment/rehabilitation, Feasibility report, conceptual design and drawing, preparing utility
details and relocation plan, land acquisition plan etc. for Govt. works.
c. Average annual financial turnover of Rs.2.00 Cr. in last five financial years (2009-2013).
d. The firm shall be in business of providing Engineering Consultancy Services in bridge works for
the last 10 years before the due date of submission of the tender.
e. The consultancy firm shall be have experienced technical qualified enrolled staff having
experience in bridge projects.
f. Joint venture of firms is not allowed for participation.
g. Any other requirement mentioned in the tender documents.
