Milton,
S & A Capital Partners, in which I am President and a majority stock holder, took out a business line of credit through the
Bank of Coral Gables, in which we acquired mortgages and made collateral assignments of existing mortgages as existing
security for the LOC. In December 2010, we paid the loan off in full and the Bank of Coral Gables was required to
collaterally assign the loans back our entity. This loan was not sold to Bank of Coral Gables, the borrower, Johnnie
Washington is our borrower. A Collateral Assignment of Mortgage is a very different instrument than an assignment of
a mortgage. You do not have a collateral file, note or any other trailing information regarding our borrower, because it
is not your loan and you will not find r3eference to the loan in your mortgage servicing records whatsoever.
On April 9, 2015, Jaclyn Reichel, LN SVC SP, authorized agent for the Lender released the mortgage which is owned by S
& A Capital Partners. On May 11, 2015, the borrower sold his house and walked away with the proceeds, due to gross
negligence by First American Bank, in authorizing the release of our loan, without taking the time to confirm the
accuracy and integrity of the information which was being notarized, which is more commonly known as “robo‐
signing”. The payoff is $69,346.76 as of today.
Please advise when we can expect an acknowledgement of the Banks’ actions.
Before the Bank attempts to use the normal and customary bank stalling and bullying tactics, please note that I have
quite a bit of experience in combatting it. Thus, to save all of us time and money, I want you to be aware of my pending
litigation against such antics.
Schneider v JPMorgan Chase, False Claims Action as case no. 14‐cv‐01047, District of Columbia as a related case
to the National Mortgage Settlement Agreement.
In addition, my Entities, including S & A Capital Partners have filed a RICO action, amongst other causes of action
as Mortgage Resolution Servicing v JPMorgan Chase Bank as 15‐cv‐00293.
Sincerely,
Larry Schneider

Jennifer/Milton,
Can you check to see if you have an S & A Capital business LOC with the account number referenced above, originated in
January 2008 and paid off in December 2010? I have an issue which has just arisen regarding this paid off loan.
