RESOLUTION

GONZALES-SISON, M.,J.:

Before Us is a motion for reconsideration 1 filed by petitioner on 21

April 2016 assailing the decision2 of this Court promulgated on 30
March 2016, with Vehement Opposition 3 filed by private respondent on
14 July 2016.

We have carefully perused the instant Motion for Reconsideration

and after a second hard look on the issues raised by the petitioner, We
see no cogent reason to warrant a reconsideration of our aforementioned
decision for the issues raised are mere rehash and reiterations of his
earlier arguments and no new or substantial issues have been raised.
The issues have been discussed thoroughly in Our decision after careful
examination of the facts of the case, applicable laws, and jurisprudence.

WHEREFORE, finding no new, valid and compelling reasons to

reconsider and/or set aside the Decision rendered, the Motion for
Reconsideration is hereby DENIED.
