WHEREAS; the Association has been successful in yielding socio-political and economic gains in its small-scale palay

WHEREAS; to improve its productivity and providing mechanized farming service to its farmer members at a
minimum cost, the association needed to acquire any Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) component
or Rice Fund;

WHEREAS; the Association has a total of ____ hectares of irrigated rice land and ____ hectares of non-irrigated
rice land which is more than or equal to the minimum required area of ____ hectares of irrigated/non-irrigated rice
land to avail assistance of any Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) component or Rice Fund;
