PROPOSAL WRITING MOU FOR SIDRA, 2020

Lexico International consultancy hereby agree to the terms of contract between Social Initiative Reliefs
Developments Agency (SIRDA).
SIRDA has contracted Lexico International to write a grant project proposal “Bar ama Baro, Support
Access to Quality Education”
The proposal must be written and submitted within 5 working days from 15 th December, 2020 to 19th
December, 2020.
SIDRA agrees to meet 66.7% of the proposed amount: which is 200 of 350 USD before the
commencement of the writing.
SIDRA do agree to fulfil the final payment on the submission of the proposal on 19 th December, 2020.
Lexico International do pledges to offer further assistance as it may be called for beyond the submission
date on the agreed upon terms hereafter.

WE THE UNDERSIGNED ON BEHALF OF LEXICO INTERNATIONAL AND SIDRA HEREBY AGREE TO THE
TERMS SET ABOVE.
