Business. By this, we have determined that this pandemic affect their
business. This study ought to identify the impact of Covid-19 Pandemic to the
industry as well as the sales and to the employees The respondents of this
study is the employees of Jollibee Corporation including the manager male and
female. The Situational Crisis Communication Theory is a guide that business’
can use it to handle a crisis.

As well as serious implications for people’s health, Covid-19 is significantly

impacting business and the economy, global markets are severely disrupted.
Businesses are forced to explore innovative solutions to overcome the growing
