As the train is passing by on the bridge, several things are happening at once too.

Several
houses on the side of the train are arranged in an orderly fashion and are colored differently
from each other making each of them unique.

As the train is passing by, the waves from the river below are crashing into the bridge
and as a result, the train splashes and gets wet. Due to the colorful houses the gray and
darkish houses beside them are nearly even noticeable and were outshined by them. They are
also taller and greater in size and height so they are basically outshined by the tall colorful
houses. The crashing waves, the colorful houses and the normal houses made this whole
picture seems like it’s fake and edited, but by taking a closer look they all fit together perfectly
so that I can safely assume that this photo is real. There is also a little garden beside the blue
house which is not connected with the colorful houses and that garden looks completely like a
normal garden with a single tree and some grass and vines around it.

The crashing waves also seems powerful enough to reach the front lawn of one of the
colorful houses and they might possibly even reach one of their ground floors windows.
Altogether this picture works well and although not many things are happening, there are many
things to be talked about including: the buildings, the passing trains and even the crashing
waves
