The necessary requirement of change is based on the problems that are being
developed in the market of existing company. Change need arises when the
organization is facing problems within the system while collectively linking for better
opportunities. The chosen company is Babylon health, which is a healthcare facility
and business that links patients with doctors and medical staff through online
platform. It provides services regarding the approach of healthcare system, making it
easier to develop effective satisfaction strategies for the patients. The control has
been developed since the long-term plan of moving towards efficient technological
systems.

The proposed changes are associated with the business model which is not making
effective revenue since the start of business. The trust of people has not been
developed yet, so the change is required in the marketing team and their operations.
The marketing development needs to make people realize about the importance of
the online healthcare system while developing a credibility through effective
technologies. The change system would start from marketing team while making
everyone involved in it through their capacity evaluation. The approach would be
used to cater the need of patients and enhance revenue streams according to the
proposed environment.

The objective of the change in marketing team is associated to generate better profit
margins through better credibility. These changes are going to address the problems
