 Interviewers must have more confidence when approaching prospective interviewees.
 Interviewers should explain the ICF in a rather concise manner.
 Interviewers must rehearse the ICF before the start of the interview to avoid dead airs and
speech filters as the ICF is being read to the interviewee.
 Interviewers must be better equipped in handling emotional interviewees.
 Interviewer to interviewer coordination.
 Unless the rapport questions directly answer the Problem Statements (PS's), they are no
longer necessary when the interviewee provides the needed answers to the PS's during the
official onset of the interview proper.
 Improve on asking better probing questions. Some questions are not answerable by
common sense or can be substantiated with mere assumptions.
 Group decorum must be clearly established before the start of the interview.

 Since pinaggagastusan nila mga sabon at other products like those why not give them
those as token too
 Clarify why the son is bullied
 Hindi natanong kung paano natanong diretso agad sa hirap
 Leading yung statement ni interviewer na “Yun po yung pinunta ninyo sa ibang bansa e.
tsaka hindi naman po kayo matatanggap dun kung hindi po kayo magaling.”
 It would be better to ask why gusto maging mananahi
 Better kung maexplore yung self-esteem nila or self-image
