TERMS OF REFERENCE

Pursuant to the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the University of the Philippines and
National College of Public Administration and Governance through the Center for Policy and
Executive Development (CPED) and the National Dairy Authority (NDA), your services is
contracted as Enumerator for the period _____________________________, unless sooner
terminated subject to University rules and regulations.

Additional Expected Deliverables:

1. Transmit to the Project Leader/Coordinator certificates of appearances and receiving

copies of the letters for the mayors in your assigned cities/municipalities; and
2. Submit a list of market players in the goat industry as surveyed in your assigned
cities/municipalities.

You will receive the following additional payments:

₱ 100.00 – per accomplished signed certificate of appearance and receiving copy of the letter for
the mayor in every cities/municipalities assigned; or

₱ 250.00 – per accomplished signed certificate of appearance and receiving copy of the letter for
the mayor in every cities/municipalities assigned with the addition of the encoded list of market
players in your assigned cities/municipalities.

Your payment will be processed upon completion of all deliverables as stated above.
