The definition of plant morphology is the physical appearance of a plant.

It can be applied to any

species and involves a detailed study of vegetative and reproductive characters in order to form
a profile of a plant, which can be used to make general comparisons of plant species displaying
a similar structure or detailed comparisons within a species to identify varieties (cultivars). In this
magazine, we are going to ex-plain about types of plants that have been observed in Cameron
Highland. We have selected 15 types of plants according to the classification within Kingdom
Plantae from various species and families. We have also included the morphological
characteristic and morphological adaptations for each plants.

Self-Reflection

I learnt that each plants have their own morphological adaptation. Antirrhinum majus L can
escape gardens to persist in waste areas, dumps and roadsides. It also can produces showy
flowers in a range of colors, which attract hummingbirds and butterflies. Other than that , Linaria
ourpurea (L.) Mill will quickly naturalized in herbaceous border or gravel garden, and the best
results are to grow in well-drained soil in full sun. Both of this plants show their wonderful
adaptation for them to grow well
