We wish to point out the following ~
1) The construction of the extemal access road ( to join Jalan OKK Daud) and the external drainage
(in front of project site ) is currently under our scope , on a PROVISIONAL basis.
2) The existing Culvert invert level, nearest to the project site is 8.29m approximately ,and it had
been ponded with water at all times.
3) We have reason to believe that JKR has not issue approval for the design of the this part of
drainage ( please refer chronology of events attached )
4) Drawings for this portion of work has not been issued to us officially, although we have some
preliminary copy.
Based on the available information,
1) The 1.0m wide trapezoidal earth drain is about 110m long and the invert level is from 9.480m
AMSL to 9.23m AMSL.
2) The 3 manhloes near the access road is having invert levels of 9.23m , 9.19m and 9,23m
respectively, while the invert level of the existing road crossing culvert is 8.29m approximately.
3) The distance of the earth drain from the boundary line is not known at the present moment,
A sketch is attached herewith for your reference.
We would be most grateful, if you can kindly confirm to us, the exact location of the earth drain , as well
as the connecting manholes with invert levels , in writing, for us to proceed with the work, as soon as
possible, as we are trying to meet your dateline of November ,2018 ( as per the meeting dated
01.06.2018 )

Perbadanan Labuan Approved the phasing plan for the project
Perunding TAC wrote to JKR on this matter
LKR replied to Perunding TAC on the following :-
(2) Submitted Plan is different from the plan in TIA approval
(2) Developer to upgrade road side drain
(3) Photos showing the road crossing culvert and road side
|drain need to be monitored.
(4)Developer is requested to submit topographic survey for the
road reserve from the project site to the Monsoon drain near
Kole} Matrikulasi Labuan.
Developer and LUC to meet JKR on the road junction matter for
JKR Requirement, and "culvert for the drainage across the
project site should be lowered or re-align”
|during the discussion between JKR and Developer, JKR informed]
{that the road junction shall be concurrent with the approved
phased development plan.
IPerunding TAC submitted external road design revision to JKR
LJKR replied to acknowledged their knowledge of the phased
development for this project
Perunding TAC to submit revised plan for access road and
drainage for phase 4 , as the earlier submission was based on
the project overall
