Women in Business 2021 Virtual China Mission

Helping you Achieve your China Market Goals
COVID-19 has suspended travel and slowed interna9onal business development, but China’s control of the
pandemic and economic rebound poses a unique opportunity for Canadian businesses and exporters.
From February to March 2021, the CCBC Women in Business Virtual China Mission will lead a delega9on of up to
25 Canadian senior women business leaders to build connec9ons and create business plans for China market
success. Leading up to the Mission launch, Canadian delegates will receive eight hours of specialized training
focused on brand posi9oning, digital marke9ng, managing e-commerce plaMorms, and understanding local
business culture.
Mission delegates will par9cipate in a virtual business exhibi9on and pitch presenta9on before a live audience of
Chinese par9cipants in Beijing, as well as an interac9ve virtual program including roundtable discussions with
dis9nguished speakers, industry breakouts, and B2B networking opportuni9es. Subsequent to the Mission
delegates will have the opportunity to virtually join the CCBC China Business Development Roadshow to connect
with supply chain partners in Hangzhou and Nanjing.
