BORROWER’S AGREEMENT

This loan agreement is commenced between the lender and the borrower whose
name appears herein. It is agreed between the parties that borrower is obliged to pay
interest rate of 10% deductible from the principal upon borrowing date.

Further, if the borrower fails to pay within one (1) month, interest shall be
deducted from his outstanding balance.
