B. Schedule of Payment on the Commission and additional commission will be prorated,


based on the mode of payment ofthe Buyer.

C.1 Ifin-case the Buyer will only pay30% , 50% or whatever amount as Earnest Money;
The Seller will also pay the Agent’s Commission base on the amount paid by the Buyer.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of mutual covenants and promises herein set forth, the parties here to
have agreed on the following:

1.Definition of Terms

Property is the asset to be disposed which include the land and any improvements thereon.
Seller’s Broker / Agentis/are the person(s) entrusted by the Seller to sell and negotiate his property.
Negotiator is / are the person (s) entrusted to Negotiate between ( Seller and Buyer of the property.
Buyer’s Broker is/are person(s) mandated by the Buyer to look and negotiate for a specific
property to be acquired.

2. Main Duties and Responsibilities


The Seller’s Broker/Agent, Negotiator and Buyer’s Broker shall actively participate in the negotiation
and closure of thesale and purchases transaction. Their participation shall include but not limited to
submission of documents required, preparation and drafting of documents, coordination and
communication with the Seller or Buyer of the terms and conditions of the sale and purchase.
