Read the following 1) G.0.Ms.No.45, I&CAD(Ser.II) Department, dated 28.12.2020 2) From the Engineer-in-Chief(AW), I&CAD Dept., Lr.No.RC/ENC/ C1/ 10122020/2020, dated 31.12.2020. 88 60 ORDER:- 4, In G.O. first read above, the administrative structure of Irrigation 4) department was reorganized with 19 territorial Engineer-in-Chiefs/Chief Engineers and 09 Head quarter ENCs/CEs for better and more responsive management of the extensive Irrigation infrastructure, which has been Sice created after formation of Telangana State. Ln 2. Based on the recommendations of the Engineer-in-Chief (Admn. of Wing), Irrigation & CAD Department, Hyderabad in his letter second read above and after careful examination of the entire matter, it has been decided to consider in-charge arrangements to the posts of Executive Engineers. Accordingly, Government hereby place eligible Deputy Executive Engineers, to the post of Executive Engineers, in relaxation of Rule 10(h) of T.S. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, and also post Executive Engineers shown in the annexure-I appended to the G.0., subject to the conditions mentioned below. a) The incumbent shall continue to hold the pay-scale of the substantive lower post, i.e., DEE only and discharge the duties of the Executive Engineers after assuming charge, essentially as a temporary arrangement. b) This in-charge arrangement is subject to outcome of the court cases pending, if any in the Hon'ble Courts i.e., High Court / Supreme Court. c) This temporary arrangement shall be terminated, as soon as the requirement is over, without any prior notice. d) The Government reserves the right to suo-motu review / modify / substitute / terminate the in-charge arrangement so made, without assigning any reasons thereof, at any time. e) It is also reiterated that, temporary arrangement is not a recognition of seniority. No rights, equities or claims shall therefore be based on the temporary arrangement. If makes any claim based on the arrangement thus effected, Government reserves the right to immediately terminate such in-charge arrangement without any notice, and without assigning any reasons thereof. 3. These orders shall come into force with effect from January 2021. (P.T.0) 4. The Engineer-in-Chief (Admn. Wing), Irrigation & CAD Department, Hyderabad, shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly.
