IT IS AGREED :
1. For and consideration of the amount of ______________________________________________
________________________, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged SELLER sells, assigns,
transfers, and conveys to BUYER all his rights, title and interest in the Motor Vehicle.

(i) SELLER is the lawful owner of the Motor Vehicle,

(ii) The Motor Vehicle is free from all liens and encumbrances;

(iii) There is no action, suit or proceeding before any judicial or administrative body, pending or
threatened against or affecting the Motor Vehicle and having a material adverse effect on the
validity or enforceability of this Deed; and

(iv) BUYER shall acquire good and valid title to the Motor Vehicle.

2. BUYER has inspected the Motor Vehicle and has found it to be in good running condition.
3. This Deed shall be binding upon the successor and assigns of the parties.
