small-businesses, professionals, and individuals. Our product portfolio includes domain name
registration, email hosting services, web-hosting services, website builder tools, e-commerce
solutions, and digital certificates.

Location(s): ​Mumbai

Responsibilities:
● You will be at the heart of our Customer Success team
● You take time to understand our customer’s goals and challenges, consult on options,
and make recommendations to enhance their online/web strategy
● You will create a positive customer experience by responding to product, pricing,
onboarding, tech support & billing inquiries
● Build relationships and provide support through an informative, educational interaction
with customers who have questions or concerns on their products usage & deployment
challenges
● Investigate customer issues, concerns and provide resolutions or escalate, own and
resolve as required for a successful relationship with our brands
● Have thoughtful, powerful, and informative conversations while working with customers
to provide them with the right set of solutions for their needs
● Your success within the role not only allows you to help small businesses achieve their
goals, but you also contribute to making Endurance one of the continued leaders within
our industry

General Requirements:
• ​Age: ​27 or lesser
• ​Experience: ​0-2 years in Customer Service or similar capacity, preferably on an IT platform
• ​Educational Qualifications: ​Graduate from any stream.
Detailed Requirements:
● Willingness to contribute to and deliver outcomes towards meaningful and challenging
goals
● Strong customer service skills, with the ability to express empathy and enthusiasm for a
customer-focused experience
● Strong ability to probe and correctly identify customer needs/concerns
● Strong customer interaction skills specifically over phone, chat, emails and the ability to
work in a variety of customer situations.
● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
● Good working knowledge of computers and the Internet; strong ability to develop new
skills.
● Avid Internet User, with a strong inclination towards technology.
● Highly motivated and energetic team player, with excellent interpersonal skills

Good to have Tech knowledge:


• Networking and DNS basics
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows Operating Systems.
• Basic knowledge of Hardware
• Basic knowledge of Softwares
• Basic knowledge of Web and Email servers.
• Configuration and troubleshooting mail clients using IMAP/POP/SMTP.
• Troubleshooting server-side scripts
