5) This quote is based on the brief received. Any change in script will affect the cost.
6) Any additional edit versions and language versions will be charged additional
7) All pack, artwork, supers and script to be given by the agency.
8) In case of any changes in brief, expenses arising due to the same, will be charged additionally.
9) If shoot gets cancelled due to weather conditions, riots or any circumstance beyond human
control, The client is liable to pay for the cancellation cost at actuals.
10) Cancellation fees of 50% will be charged if the project is cancelled 10 days before the shoot.
11) A purchase order is to be issued & 50% of the quote is to be paid immediately upon
confirmation.
12) Work will begin only on the receipt of the 50% advance 10 working days before the shoot.
13) Balance payment must be made immediately upon the receipt of the final material.
14) Please issue the cheque on favor of "CINEASTA FILMS" A/C.
15) Interest at the rate of 2% per week will be chargeable on amount outstanding beyond the agreed
credit terms.
16) This quote is valid for 30 days only.
17) After completing of the above job, will not be liable for the film.
