What is a Customs Broker?
• Act as an intermediary between traders and customs
in customs clearance processes
• Brokers’ broad knowledge of customs laws, complex
processes and supply chain
• Support traders by providing all necessary
documentation or electronic transmission
• Undertaking formalities related to cargo clearance
• Ensuring compliance with customs and other
regulatory requirements and the collection of
appropriate duties, taxes, fees and other charges
