1. AffIrmative
SUBJECT+ VERB
TO DANCE= A DANSA

Spelling: third person singular: “HE, SHE, IT”

■ for most verbs add –s

■ for verbs that end in –s, –sh, –ch, -o and –x add –es

■ for verbs that end in consonant +y, omit the –y and add –ies
