1. Be on time
-being late is obvious
-be respectful of other’s time
2. Check you internet connection, headset, microphone and camera
3. Be Midnful of your sorroundings
-Keep distractions out of the camera’s way
4. Sit Still
-if you need to move, turn off the camera momentarily
5. No eating
-no one wanrts to hear crunching and chewing
6. Mute your Microphone when you are not speaking
7. Respect the speaker by listening attentivley
8. If you have questions, use the chatbox for the moderator to note it.
9. Careful what you wear when on a video conference at home.
10. Stay Focused, avoid multitasking
11. Prepare for a back up plan
12. Just speak at the normal level
13. Don’t leave the conference room wothout permission.
