Here is the report of a business idea named “Borshi.Com” which you authorized to do the
plan. We worked for the report in cooperation with five members. We supply the frozen fish
in our social community. This report describes the idea and the plan comprehensively about
our innovating business plan.

Thank you for authorizing us to make this business plan. It was very fruitful and we had some
experiences which improved our skills as well as our ability to be a future leader or to be a

Executive Summary
 1.0 Introduction

The goal of Borshi.Com is ensuring new features and functions as well as facilities to provide
the frozen fish in online to our valuable consumer. The governments of Bangladesh have
therefore been giving priorities to entrepreneurial development with a view to ensuring safety
and organizational security for new comers who are interested in fish framing or pisciculture
because of its profitable, sustainable, and environment-friendly business system that is
required to achieve various objectives for our country. Fish farming or pisciculture involves
raising fish commercially in tanks or enclosures such as fish ponds, usually for food. It is the
principal form of aquaculture, while other methods may fall under maricultural.

Therefore, the breeding, rearing, and transplantation of fish by artificial means are called
pisciculture, in other words, fish farming. It is the principal form of aquaculture. It involves
raising fish commercially in online. In addition, Borshi.Com is a service-oriented e-
commerce business and follows the B2C (Business to Consumer) method which gives the
authority to provide fresh fish from fisherman to consumer with maintaining quality and
giving first class customer support within a very short period of time or as soon as possible.
At Borshi.Com, we strive to utilize the power of the internet in its highest peak to fulfill the
needs and maintaining consumer requirement of people’s busy life.

We have decided to cover the whole Dhaka right now and in future whole Bangladesh.
Anyone from outside of Dhaka can purchase fishes online providing a Bangladeshi
transporting address. But it is applicable for who wants frozen fish. We are careful about our
customer for having the best shopping experience with us. In order to provide customers, the
best possible value in lieu of their money, we collect fishes mostly from natural sources like
river, sea and some from our hatchery to ensure highest quality and freshness. Our
specialized team supports us to ensure the best quality. We are committed to supply fresh,
natural & Formalin free frozen fishes at our consumer’s door step.
 2.0 Object of Our Plan

The aims of our plan providing the frozen fish in our local or social community which must
be quality full. In this plan, we rapid that how we can earn profit from this innovative
business plan. The distinct and clear-cut insight of this plan was stored in our mind which we
can alienated into our regions that we think fruitful. We think this business plans objective
plays vital role not only for us but also for any emerging entrepreneur who try to follow the
same strategies.

The main or key objective of this research report as like: Basically, it is related with our
title-based framework. Thus, it can say that how we implement the total business plan
activities, what should be done to alternating strategies preference, how our organization can
judge risk vs. opportunities based on the social reality, is there any threats for us and if we
use unique kinds of policy who much will be supportive for us in this competitive era.

Another is specific objective which is consists of these kind of statements as like:

 To identify how many people are beneficiary if we formulate our innovative business
plan;

 To discover how can we earn our profit by implementing our title-based framework;

 Finally, to realize the mindset of our respected consumer that represent what kind of
service and quality they need;

In these circumstances we can that; our business plan can be applicable if we can conduct it
properly as well as legally based on our Bangladesh perspective.
 3.0 Strategic Management of our Business Plan

We all about know that every organization have strategic management system and if they
maintain it properly, they can attain their organizational goal otherwise the total business falls
down in long run. Strategic management is the management of an organization’s resources to
achieve its goals and objectives. Strategic management involves setting objectives, analyzing
the competitive environment, analyzing the internal organization, evaluating strategies and
ensuring that management rolls out the strategies across the organization. In case of our plans
perspective is given below:

A. Environmental Scanning

At the first stage we try to occur the environmental scanning of our business plan because
environmental scanning is the first and foremost work for the purpose of implementing our
appropriate plan. It represents the process that systematically surveys and interprets relevant
data to identify external opportunities and threats. An organization gathers information about
the external world, its competitors and itself. In our point of view, we developing our unique
business idea that provide frozen fish to our respected consumer in our local communities.
For that reason, we must scan our location which reflects the alarming threats as well as the
benefits also.

1. External Scanning
In case of external scanning it is consist of the natural resources, climate, skills of the
employee etc. It also represents the societal opportunities and threats of our selective plan in
 which our mind to applying it. We conduct external scanning for our business purpose in
three ways that we discuss it under the elaborating dimension.

i. Natural Environment

Natural environment plays vital role for any kind of business organization or any kind of
business plan of activities. It includes physical resources, wildlife and weather that are an
inherent part of existence on Earth. In our point of view, we can explain it by this way like;
our Borshi.com is an online frozen fish business for that kind of reason we must select our
appropriate location as well as our suppliers also. Due to bad location or climate we are not
able to give best and quality full performance to our respected consumers.

ii. Societal Environment

Most of the time societal environment reflects a great stimulus on business organization or
upcoming business plan. It refers mankind societal system that involves general forces which
do not directly short run but in fluence on long run. If the societal environment cannot help us
properly we cannot shine in our future. In our point of view, we can express it how social
communities are agree with us and does the economical, technological, political, legal fact
are favor with us or not.

iii. Task Environment

On the other hand, task environment expresses those elements or groups that directly affect a
corporation and also affected by Govt., local community, suppliers, customers, creditors,
unions, special interest groups etc. In our innovative business plan perspective; we gather
fresh fish from our reliable suppliers is one kind of task environment, we process and frozen
it in our production department is another kind of task environment, we provide our produced
goods to our respected consumer that denotes another type of task environment.
 2. Internal Scanning

In case of internal scanning it induced in chain of command, organizational belief, structurer,

regional culture, resources assets, skills etc. Internal scanning involves looking inside the.
farm business and identifying strengths and weaknesses and assessing the businesses
resources and management skills. It is part of the strategic planning process. We also conduct
internal scanning for our business purpose in three ways that we discuss it under the
elaborating measurement.

i. Structure Environment

Every organization follow a structure and without it properly it is not possible to develop or
create the expansion any types of organization. There are various types of structure that we
can follow like single structure, divisional structure, matrix structure, virtual structure etc. We
know that structure must be select based on stage of business organization. Borshi.com is the
first stage on its way for that reason we can follow the simple structure.

ii. Culture Environment

Cultural environment represents the whole cultural distinguish between that express the
competitor’s location, culture, standard of living in various individuals, etc. and our selected
so forth also. In our pint of view when we scanning our culture it shows standard of living of
individual is moderate but they are very busy for that reason they have not enough time to
 cooking or purchasing food. That’s why it can be possible to occurring our selected business
plan.

iii. Resources Environment

Resources is the most vivacious ingredients for any types of business plan or activities. If we
want to do a business but it has not enough resources to our approximately area; we are not
able to execution the business accurately. Our business Borshi.com represent that fish, ice
etc. is our primary ingredients and for that reason we must collect our resources from our
reliable suppliers that assure the best quality.
