1. How does good decision making and conflict resolution process aid in group and individual
development?

Good decision-making enables the group to grow as humans in making better decisions
in the future. It increases their confidence and prepares them for future obstacles and
problems. Conflict is a circumstance that is usually found in groups. It has to be resolved to build
the team and encourage its members to have team spirit. Therefore, if we utilize good decision-
making and conflict resolution, it will also let us grow as individuals.
