further notification and for any kind of Copyright infringement; all liabilities shall be borne by GAKK MEDIA
(BD) LIMITED.

Moreover, if BANGLALINK/GP/TELETALK/ROBI/AIRTEL has to pay any compensation or damages due to

copyright infringement and/or made responsible for any intellectual property right issue arising out of the
above mobile Contents, Shafin Ahmed shall indemnify BANGLALINK/GP/TELETALK /ROBI/AIRTEL or the
related third party for such detriment suffered for such infringement.
