MUSIC LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Music License Agreement is effective and operational from 16th November 2022 and is
signed between the Producer and the Lyricist, Composer, Vocal Artist collectively referred to as
the “parties”.
The Producer, Nahidul Haque, agrees to give credit to the following,
Lyricist, Shila Sarkar, alongside payment of BDT 5,000 Taka for write the song Likhe Rekhechi
Tomar Nam,under the Baul Media Music.
Composer, Monir Hossen, alongside payment of BDT 10,000 Taka for compose the song Likhe
Rekhechi Tomar Nam, under the Baul Media Music.
Vocal Artist, Shila Sarkar, alongside payment of BDT 5,000 Taka for singing the song Likhe
Rekhechi Tomar Nam, under the Baul Media Music.
Both parties agree to the following terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.
The Lyricist Shila Sarkar, The Composer Monir Hossen, and The Singer/Vocal Artist Shila Sarkar
agrees to grant Nahidul Haque a non-exclusive,globally-applicable, royalty-free,perpetual,
transferable, and unlimited license to replicate,reproduce, or generate derivative
work and orchestrate the Musical Work titled as Likhe Rekhechi Tomar Nam to Producer’s
venture/project for distribution in varied mediums and not restricted to the television
broadcast, pay on demand, pay per view,online platforms, and live events.
The Musical Work consists of sound recordings and underlying musical composition, which is
embodied in the Agreement.
Based on this agreement, the entire copyright/ownership of the said song belongs only to the
producer of this song Nahidul Haque and his production company Baul Media Music. No one
else can claim copyright/ownership and royalty of any part of this song.
Having read and understood each of the above, I voluntarily and consciously decide to sign
bellow.
