disadvantages of each style, and provide examples for each style (as many
examples as possible).

1.Advantages and Disadvantages of Autocratic leadership:


 Advantages:
1. Allows for fast decisions to be made.
2. Improves overall communication.
3. Providing employees with a sufficient level of supervision so errors are either
prevented or corrected quickly.
4. Handles crisis situations effectively.
5. Reduces employee stress.
6. It counters team inexperience.
7. Easy to Learn.
8. Clear Line of Control.
9. Good for Inexperienced or Unmotivated Workers.
 Disadvantages:
1.It often leads to micromanagement.
2.Bad for Highly Skilled and Motivated Workers.

4.It does not offer a sense of professional ownership.
