1.

RF planning and optimization including but not limited to write-up/execute scripts/KPI

analysis and solution proposal

2.Management of the network insight activities, give the deep insight on network trend, multi-
dimension comparison and conclusion summary

3.Manage the RF activities for swap/new sites including deployment, organizing and monitoring
of the drive test teams, analysis of DT results and recommendations for parameter tuning as
necessary

4.Perform new features trial and activation, present the summary report for the trial actions

5.Managing the activities for VIP care and event assurance to cater customer satisfaction

6.Perform network resources audit and capacity management

Required Experience

1. Minimum 5 years of RF planning & optimization experience in LTE/UMTS/GSM network

2. Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills

3. Strong customer communication and technical problem summing up ability
