Pre-lesson
1. Pupils are given 3 minutes to play word search game. The words are listed at the
bottom of the worksheet.
2. Pupils need to find as many words as they can in 3-minute time.
3. The one that finds the most words will be the winner.
4. Pupils are asked what they think about the listed words.
5. Pupils conclude that the words are related to the items that can be recycled.

Lesson delivery
1. Pupils are told that they are going to make a pencil holder using a recycle
aluminium can.
ACTIVITIES 2. Teacher pastes the instructions to make a pencil holder on the whiteboard.
3. Teacher guides pupils to read the instructions.
4. Pupils read the instructions chorally as a whole class.
5. 2 pupils are chosen randomly to read the instructions in a correct pronunciation
and intonation.
6. Pupils make a pencil holder based on the instructions.
7. Pupils showcase their work in front of the class.
8. Pupils complete a worksheet. (Assessment)

Post lesson
1. Pupils sing a song about recycle.
