Remember that these values are only achieved after the unit has been run in.Torque values Mn2 indicated in the catalogue are calculated by considering the steady-state performance of the gearboxes. The actual values mentioned above may be have deflection. 5.3.1 Dynamic irreversibility Dynamic irreversibility is achieved when the output shaft stops instantly when drive is no longer transmitted through the worm shaft. This condition requires a dynamic efficiency ofnd< 0.4 5.3.2 Static irreversibility Static irreversibility is achieved when the gear reducer at a standstill, the application of a load to the output shaft can't drive the worm shaft.
