PETITION FOR CHANGE OF NAME
The petitioner, Brian Reynolds Cal, hereby states:
1. Petitioner was born on 1985-01-15 in Private on the land of Arkansas (Nation).
2. Petitioner is a native Arkansan over the age of eighteen (18) years and his address is
consumer abode Little Rock, Arkansas (Nation).
3. Petitioner wishes to change his name because my original birth record on the day of my
creation documents me as private and i honor my mother and father for such act as a
private american-national, herein acknowledged and accepted as fact of law, whereby my
supporting affidavit grants me to honor my family surname (Exodus 20:12, Matthew
20:15-16, Proverbs 22:1) (see attached).
Therefore, he would like to be known henceforth as Cal, Brian Reynolds.
WHEREFORE, petitioner requests that an order be entered changing his name from
