Nag file ako ng formal complaint sa NTC email address. Nagreply kanina, i-forward
daw nila sa PLDT. After 4 hrs, naayos na. Kaya naman ayusin ng PLDT Technicians,
tamad lang talaga. Kaya bombarded ng calls ang CS eh ??
Yung email po ay for Region 4A lang. Di ko alam sa ibang region. For subscribers

Good day!
TALK ABOUT THE ISSUE. (e.g. I am one of the many subscribers who cries for help
which the PLDT doesn't respond into. We have lost internet connection since
November - - / We have requested for relication since - -)
PRIOR SOLUTION MADE and PLDT POLICY (EXPECTATION)
I have already reached them through 171 for *insert number of times* and I also
went to their service center at *indicate location*. I was told that they will fix
it for 3-6 days. It has been - - days already and they have not resolved it yet.
This has caused so much inconvenience to my *relationship (e.g. Sister) * who is
having her/his/their online classes. My source of income which is under work from
home setup is also greatly affected.
This is so unfair for a subsciber who pays on time and we hope that your good
office may respond to this issue of PLDT's non-action.
