Recent Programs
Wind Tre was formed by the merging of Wind (owned by VEON, a Russian entity) and Tre (owned by CK
Hutchinson, based in Hong Kong). Wind Tre is a key player in the Italian telecommunications market, seeking to
become the most innovative digital Telco with the largest mobile network in Italy. The scope of the digital
transformation is transforming the Wind Tre legacy stack to a pure digital solution providing an enhanced user
experience, delivering a digital capability to their business for PrePaid, PostPaid, and Fixed Line offerings during
2018, and building a Program Structure delivering end-to-end solutions through Agile software development.

RPI possess a deep expertise within the Wind Tre program and have serviced the company with our consultancy for
over 12 months. With Wind Tre, RP have increased the number of experts working on the transformation from 40
to over 120, delivered the first non-commercial release in December 2017, established a clear governance plan
integrated with an Agile methodology, and restructured the PMO to create a Program Master Plan.

RPI has placed consultants from executives to SMEs across all roles required for this transformation, including: Wind

Armenia, Georgia and Laos. VimpelCom has embarked on an ambitious transformation to become a leader of digital
technology and announced a major move to re-engineer its entire IT infrastructure to a single, global digital stack to
meet the future digital needs of its customers. VEON is also piloting a new digital customer engagement platform to
revolutionize how it interacts with its customers, which will be deploying this year.

RP International’s relationship with VEON extends to over a decade of continuous executive level recruitment,
including C-level positions across regional operations and HQ. Since the 2016 commencement of major
transformation, RP International has provided specialist consultants to VEON and their Partners across all countries
in their markets. These positions include BSS Programme Managers, Lead Architects, Solution Architects, Business
Analysts, Data Migration Experts and Cloud Service Consultants.

RP International has sourced several key senior consultants for VEON, including the Group Director Revenue
Assurance & Fraud Management, who reports to the CFO. This position optimises the function at HQ and across the
portfolio of operating companies. The role was a difficult hire for the Group CFO, who sought an experienced leader
with multinational telecommunications experience. Given our global network of telecoms executives and previous
work supporting the Forensic Team, RP International was selected as the recruitment partner and the successful
candidate commenced employment 2 months after the start of the search.

Jaguar Land Rover is the UK's largest automotive manufacturer centered in the UK, with additional plants in China,
Brazil and India. The largest investor in R&D in the UK manufacturing sector, they have invested £12 billion in the last
five years. In fiscal 2016 Jaguar Land Rover sold almost 522,000 vehicles in 160 countries. Their ambition is to top a
million in 2020.

Over the last two years RP International have placed over 40 Interim Experts to support JLR’s continuing global
expansion and multi million pound technology transformation programmes. Placements have included: Enterprise
Architects, Programme Managers, Data Architects, Data Managers, Integration Architects, Solution Architects,
Security Architects and Security Managers.

Programmes supported have included building Analytics Data Labs based on Google Cloud Platform, using Google
Cloud Storage, Big Query, Data Flow, DataProc (Hadoop), Compute and App Engines. Data Architecture to improve
the warranty process and analyse dealer behavior and Enterprise Architecture (Integration) where our Consultants
were tasked with the global transformation of JLR’s legacy enterprise applications & integration technologies and to
provided JLR with a clear architected roadmap to move to a modern integration platform in line with JLR’s digital
vision.

RPI are now supporting JLR on strategic hires on their new Connected Plant in Slovakia and IT expansion in Shanghai.
Emirates is the largest airline in the Middle East, operating over 3,300 flights per week from its hub at Dubai
International Airport, to more than 148 cities in 78 countries across six continents.

RPI established offices in the Middle East in 2002, developing unrivalled regional and cultural recruitment
expertise. This led to an invitation from Emirates to support their numerous Technology Transformation
programs.

RPI’s mandate was to recruit industry specific Analysts, Program Managers, Architects and industry leads who
could productize Emirates / Mercator services and solutions, creating a suite of applications that were
repeatable, scalable and upgradable. Currently RPI has over 100 consultant’s onsite with Emirates in Dubai.

RPI’s high profile success in this market has led to further recruitment mandates from other Airlines, Airports
their vendors and their consultancies across Travel, Cargo, Operations and Logistics organizations around the
world.

Wave Money is a Joint venture between Telenor and Yoma Bank in Myanmar to provide accessible, safe and
convenient mobile financial services via a nationwide agent

Wave Money are the number one provider of Mobile Financial Services in Myanmar experiencing hypergrowth,
averaging at 20% MOM expansion and reaching EBITA break even in two years in August 2018.

RPI was tasked and successfully able to headhunt a Chief Technology Officer to oversee the extraction and
transformation of Wave Money’s Mobile Financial Services platform.
The desired roadmap was to insource people, processes and technology to ensure the over the counter
business could continue to sustain hypergrowth and deliver a cutting edge Open API platform that would realise
Wave Money’s Digital Strategy.

RPI’s relationship with Matrixx spans the globe having placed consultants across Asia and Europe.
Our placements for Matrixx range from a commercially driven Sales Director in Singapore to highly specialised
technical programme managers in the Philippines and product experts in Sweden.

Showcase placements have seen RPI successfully place both a Managing Director & VP of Asia.
