This topic is about inviting people to the importance of maintaining hygiene and health as a healthy
source of life. It also urges the people to pay constant attention to themselves and to their
environment so as to avoid all types of illnesses that can have bad effects on themselves and other
and really get people to know the habits of keeping the body healthy both inside and out.

The general purpose is to inform and encourage people to always establish healthy lifestyles,
starting with food, exercise, and keeping physical hygiene. The more specific purpose is to inform
audiences how to appropriate lifestyle practices begin with both inside and outside physical parts by
teaching the main things that society needs to follow and be known to for a healthier future.

Thesis to establish a healthier way of life, we must regularly preserve out physical fitness as well as
our external physical health, by taking a good look at how we live, and be specific by applying a few
steps that can help us to avoid all kinds of illnesses.

Transition: So, what is the true pattern of healthy living?

Body: As you can see the prevalence of various diseases in recent times has caused us dismay and
awareness of the importance of maintaining good health in both the body and the outside of the
body. Many illnesses ultimately result from the negative life style of our own. Such patterns of life
are formed from everyday activities that repeat themselves and become habitual. If that bad habit is
followed continually, then such dangerous diseases as cancer, diabetes, and even heart attacks will
be all too easy to attack. So make a healthful patterns lifestyle as a lifestyle (Rokhmh Nurhayati
S.:2016) in the following ways:

1. Healthy diet

Eating foods that have balanced, nutritious condition, and also vitamin for the body. That keep your
stamina and your endurance. For example eating fruits, vegetables and eating food that have iron
content and avoid a junk food

2. Exercise
Regular exercise so that the body can maintain endurance and can increase immunity from
contracting diseases like exercise in the morning and sport or run in the afternoon ,etc.

3. Maintaining a clean body and environment

Always keep yourself and your living environment clean. To avoid germs caused by places or
something dirty. Strive to keep yourself clean by regularly washing hands, bathing, and keeping the
environment clean.

On the other hand having excellent health food is vital for us, for if we exercise only regularly
without eating healthful food, it is futile. But regularly eating wholesome food is the key to our real
health. So the other step is simply to help our body sustain the physical strength that’s inside us and
that’s actually distributed by the food that’s consumed. However the other step also matters to
increase the body power and immune system of the body.

Conclusion we should start healthy from now on, with a lot of focus on everyday life styles that go
from small to big. So that people can enjoy the peace of their lives one day. And encourage them to
care about hygiene and health so as to avoid a wide range of diseases that are currently vulnerable
to the body
