3、目的和范围Purpose and Scope

为了提高机械性能和耐腐蚀性,在制造或安装过程中对机械设备(设备和管道等)进行了
热处理。热电厂需要具有高可靠性的机械设备,但是热处理是影响机械设备以及焊接可靠
性的重要因素。电站的焊接热处理是在焊接之前,焊接之后,焊接之后或仅在焊接之前进
行,将整个或部分焊件加热到一定温度,加热一定时间,然后以适当的速度冷却消除焊接
过程中的残余应力,使焊缝容易导致氢从焊缝扩散,从而逃脱了工件焊接过程中的性能和
机械性能。本方案规定了焊接热处理的工艺及操作方法;适用范围为巴基斯坦滨佳胜三期
900MW 联合循环电站项目全电厂范围内的锅炉受热面、杂项连通管道、四项管道以及汽
机中低压管道的焊接热处理工作。
To improve mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, heat treatment is applied to the
equipment and piping before and after welding. The mechanical equipment with high reliability
is required in thermal power plant and heat treatment is an important factor which affects
reliability equipment and piping before and after welding. Before welding the whole or part of
the weldment heated to a certain temperature for a certain time at a defined rate, and then
cooled at the appropriate rate to eliminate the residual stress during welding, making the weld
easily led the oxides diffusion from the welding process, welding performance and mechanical
properties. This plan specifies the welding heat treatment process and operation method; the
scope of application is the welding heat treatment of the boiler heating surface, miscellaneous
connecting pipelines, four pipelines and low-pressure steam turbine pipelines within the entire
power plant of 900MW BQPS-III COMBINED CYCLE PLANT & ASSOCIATED TRANSMISSION
PROJECTS.

5.1作业程序OPERATION PROCEDURE

5.1.1 PROCEDURE OF HEAT TREATMENT

5.1.1.1 PRE-HEATING:

焊口检查→用铅丝固定预热热电偶(大、中径管距坡口边缘≯30mm,小径管距坡口边缘
10-20mm,同批处理多道焊口时,选取具有代表性的位置,热电偶热端与焊件表面接触良好
并用隔热材料与加热器之间隔热)、加热器、保温材料→接二次电源线和热电偶补偿线(
多个加热器采用并联接线法螺栓固定,用绝缘材料包好电源接头)→挂警告牌→进入热处
理微机操作程序通电升温(见热处理微机操作程序)→升温达到预热温度后用远红外温仪测
量坡口温度,达到预热温度范围后通知焊工施焊。→焊接过程层间温度严格控制→焊后焊
口检查合格→用铅丝固定热处理热电偶(热电偶热端与焊缝中心接触良好,热电偶与加热
器用隔热材料隔热)、加热器、保温材料→接二次电源线和热电偶补偿线(多个加热器采
用并联接线法螺栓固定,用绝缘材料包好电源接头)→挂警告牌→进入热处理微机操作程
序通电升温(见热处理微机操作程序)→热处理后自检→硬度检查→硬度试验合格后填写完
工通知单→反馈委托方进行下道工序检测委托。
INSPECTION OF WELDING JOINT →PREHEATING THERMOCOUPLE, HEATER AND INSULATING MATERIAL FIXED BY LEAD
WIRE (PIPE WITH LARGE AND MIDDLE (>89MM) DIAMETER, THE DISTANCE FROM GROOVE EDGE SHALL NOT BE LARGER
THAN 300MM; PIPE WITH SMALL DIAMETER (<89MM), THE DISTANCE FROM GROOVE EDGE SHALL NOT BE 10-20MM.
IF MANY WELDING JOINTS ARE TREATED IN THE SAME BATCH, THE CENTER POSITION SHALL BE CHOSEN. THE HEAT END
OF THERMOCOUPLE AND SURFACE OF WELDMENT SHALL BE IN GOOD CONTACT AND USE THERMAL INSULATING
MATERIAL FOR INSULATION OF HEATER)→WIRING OF SECONDARY POWER SUPPLY CABLE AND WIRING OF
THERMOCOUPLE COMPENSATING LINE (PARALLEL CONNECTION SHALL BE APPLIED FOR MULTIPLE HEATER AND FIXATION
SHALL BE PERFORMED BY BOLTS. USE INSULATING MATERIAL TO PROTECT POWER CONNECTION )→HANGING OF
WARNING BOARD →MICROCOMPUTER OPERATING PROCEDURE OF HEAT TREATMENT, POWER SUPPLY AND INCREASING
TEMPERATURE (SEE MICROCOMPUTER OPERATING PROCEDURE OF HEAT TREATMENT FOR DETAIL)→GROOVE
TEMPERATURE SHALL BE CALIBRATED AFTER THE TEMPERATURE REACHING TO PREHEATING TEMPERATURE, WELDER
SHALL BE INFORMED TO PERFORM WELDING AFTER THE REQUIRED TEMPERATURE IS ACHIEVED→ STRICT CONTROL OF
INTER-PASS TEMPERATURE DURING WELDING →PASSING INSPECTION OF THE JOINT AFTER WELDING.

5.1.1.2 PWHT:
PREHEATING THERMOCOUPLE, HEATER AND INSULATING MATERIAL FIXED BY LEAD WIRE (THE HEAT END OF
THERMOCOUPLE AND SURFACE OF WELDMENT SHALL BE IN PROPER CONTACT AND USE THERMAL INSULATING MATERIAL
FOR INSULATION OF HEATER) →WIRING OF SECONDARY POWER SUPPLY CABLE AND WIRING OF THERMOCOUPLE
COMPENSATING LINE (PARALLEL CONNECTION SHALL BE APPLIED FOR MULTIPLE HEATER AND FIXATION SHALL BE
PERFORMED BY BOLTS. USE INSULATING MATERIAL TO PROTECT POWER CONNECTION) →HANGING OF WARNING
BOARD →MICROCOMPUTER OPERATING PROCEDURE OF HEAT TREATMENT, POWER SUPPLY AND TEMPERATURE
INCREASING (SEE MICROCOMPUTER OPERATING PROCEDURE OF HEAT TREATMENT FOR DETAIL) →SELF-INSPECTION
AFTER HEAT TREATMENT →CHECK OF HARDNESS →FILL THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION AFTER PASSING THE HARDNESS
CHECK →FEEDBACK TO CLIENT, TESTING REQUEST FOR NEXT STEP.

5.2.3焊接热处理的加热和冷却速度的要求Requirements to heating and cooling Rate of


welding heat treatment

5.2.3.1温度不大于315℃时,加热和冷却速度应不大于315℃/h除以0.5倍焊缝处材料最大厚
度(单位为in)。但在任何情况下加热和冷却速度应不大于315℃/h(P-No.7和10I除外)
。WHEN THE TEMPERATURE IS BELOW 315℃, THE HEATING AND COOLING RATE SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN
315℃/H DIVIDED BY 0.5 TIMES THE MAXIMUM THICKNESS OF THE MATERIAL AT THE WELD (UNIT IS IN). BUT IN ANY
CASE, THE HEATING AND COOLING RATE SHOULD NOT EXCEED 315℃/H (EXCEPT P-NO.7 AND 10I).
