Introduction
• “Jubilee” was the first chocolate to be introduced into the Pakistani market in
1983.Mitchell’s needed to introduce a new product to commemorate the 50th anniversary
of the Mitchell's brand.
• Jubilee is a very famous brand mainly due to the fact because it was established in 1983
when not many chocolates brands were in the market. Therefore, it had the advantage of
being the first ones in the market.

Although the Millennials of Pakistan have nostalgic appeal for Jubilee chocolate
but due to lack of innovation in marketing mix they have low levels of motivation
to buy the product which caused the brand to loose market presence.
What are the possible factors that lead to Jubilee’s failure in market penetration?
How can the brand regain trust of the consumers and its image in the market?
